About This Activity
DSHA Director of Fitness and Performance Brian Calhoun will provide a safe and effective training program to improve overall fitness and performance and reduce injury. This camp will introduce the five basic bio-motor skills in speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. This camp is for athletes and non-athletes alike. Camp will not run June 24, July 2, or July 4.
