Description
Are you a school-aged piano student looking for a unique musical experience with fellow pianist? At WCM's Piano Camp, students will have the opportunity to listen to and collaborate with faculty and other students, attend specialized piano classes, explore piano chamber music, and perform in a showcase recital at the end of the week. Students will receive 1 to 2 individual private lessons with expert Conservatory piano faculty and explore a wide range of topics including sight-reading and sight-singing, transposition, jazz piano and improvisation, preparing and memorizing repertoire, collaborative piano, chamber music, and special topics in piano history.View the daily schedule here.
For students entering grades 4-12 in Fall 2026. Graduating seniors are welcome and encouraged to register.
Students are required to have 3+ years of piano lessons and should bring at least two pieces they are currently working on or have already learned.
Students will need to bring:
- 2 pieces that you are currently working on or have prepared previously
- pencil
- water bottle
- lunch
- snack (if desired)
