Description
Take your walk to the next level with Nordic Walking Poles. Using walking poles engages the core and shoulder muscles, increase your speed and enhance your cardiovascular fitness which we know is important for physical and mental health as we age. Poles provided for workshop or bring your own. Nordic walking poles are also available to use at NE Park anytime free of charge. Instructor, Mia Bremer, Fitness Specialist.
Meet in the gym. We will be walking outside, unless weather doesn't cooperate.
