Ashley Boyd, Executive Director at Minneola District Hospital Long Term Care, has approved the following facility requirements for all students: Testing: If exposed without appropriate PPE, may be subject to testing. Injections: Flu Vaccine is strongly recommended, otherwise, masking will be required. Medical and Religious Exemptions: Accepted, medical has to be signed by primary care provider. Masks: provided by the facility, will be required if student has not had flu vaccine or if feeling ill per protocol. Students will need proof of childhood vaccinations, a nega This CNA course includes inseparable online classroom, lab, and clinical components. Students must be able to attend all required in-person lab and clinical dates. Do not enroll if you cannot attend the scheduled clinical sessions. All students and facilities must review course details prior to enrollment. Total Program Hours: 90 hours 45 online classroom | 20 lab | 25 clinical Attendance & Completion All in-person lab and clinical sessions are required. Online coursework and weekly assignments must be completed by posted deadlines. Attendance and participation are mandatory for successful completion. Clinical & Facility Requirements Requirements may change. Students must communicate directly with the clinical instructor regarding posted facility expectations.
