Description
Kids and their favorite adult hit the mat together during this 4-day mini camp. Yogibelle, a certified children's yoga instructor and 20-year school social worker, introduces you to yoga through movement and mindfulness, plus music, crafts and games. Each day's unique theme includes an educational component, all props (mats, blocks, etc.) are provided, and modifications for all abilities are built-in.Got younger kids? Check out the morning session for ages 4-7.Pre-registration required by 6/16/24. Not a drop-off program; adult participation required. Due to the hands-on nature of the activities, we recommend registering no more than 2 children per participating adult.
