About This Activity
Winter Wrestling Session (4 months) - November 2024 through February 2025. For wrestlers in grades K-2nd who have successfully completed the Level 1 Development class and are looking to gain a more in depth understanding of the fundamentals of the sport. Wrestlers will focus on positional techniques and will start to learn details of the most common takedowns, top and bottom referees position, and will further their knowledge of the rules of the sport.
