About This Activity
Karate program offers numerous benefits for both physical and mental well-being. It enhances strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall health through consistent practice. It also promotes self-discipline, focus, and perseverance, as students set goals and strive to achieve them, Moreover, karate encourages respect, teamwork, and the development of a strong sense of personal responsibility, making it a holistic activity that positively impacts overall life skills. The program will be taught by Coach Belal Elbeshbeshy, an international Karate champion, a Black Belt 5 Dan, and international coach and referee. A female OGS teacher will help in supervising participating students. No class on May 28th
