Payment Plan Option: If you select the payment plan, you’ll be able to choose this option at checkout. A $50 deposit is required, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before camp begins. You can also make manual payments toward your balance at any time before the final payment is due. Junior Camp Counselors will participate in the core Urban Gardeners experiences, including the scheduled field trip (anticipated to be Hope Farms, with final details shared as plans are confirmed). Programming for this group will be adapted to be more discussion-based and age-appropriate. In addition, Junior Camp Counselors may take part in an additional on-site or off-site experience, to be announced, allowing for further exploration of gardening, sustainability, or related environmental topics. Throughout the week, participants will practice leadership by assisting with activities, supporting younger campers, and helping guide group experiences, while also having dedicated time away from the main camp population for collaboration and reflection. This experience is intentionally limited in size to support meaningful engagement, responsibility, and mentorship.
