Payment Plan Option: If you select the payment plan, you’ll be able to choose this option at checkout. A $50 deposit is required, and the remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before camp begins. You can also make manual payments toward your balance at any time before the final payment is due. Location and additional program details will be announced. This experience will be hosted off-site and not at the Missouri City location. Final location, schedule, and logistics will be shared once confirmed. This small-group experience is designed for older campers interested in technology, engineering, innovation, and leadership, offering an advanced, more independent learning environment. Programming is anticipated to take place at a local higher-education or innovation space, such as Houston Community College, and will be facilitated in collaboration with Apper Designs and Camps by KT. Junior Camp Counselors will work through a series of advanced technology and engineering projects, which may include building robotic buggies, creating Raspberry Pi–based projects (such as Minecraft Pi and wildlife spy cameras), and exploring applied problem-solving through real-world tech challenges. Additional learning experiences or site visits—such as innovation hubs or technology spaces—may be incorporated as planning continues. Throughout the week, participants will also practice leadership by supporting activities, assisting with setup, and engaging in guided collaboration, while having dedicated time away from the main camp population to focus on higher-level learning and discussion. This experience is intentionally limited in size to support depth, mentorship, and meaningful engagement.
