Get a head start on your summer fishing adventures! Learn rod-and-reel fishing basics in this two-hour workshop covering fundamental fishing skills, including how to put together a pole, knot tying, casting and securing hooks. Safety and ethics will also be covered. In the second hour, program participants will gain hands-on experience while fishing along the shore.
Everything needed for the program, including bait, will be provided. Shoreline fishing and paved trails are accessible.
