High School Essentials camp will have a morning session and an afternoon session. In the morning session (9-11) will be an education session. We will take a look at how to do better in school not by working harder but by working smarter. It will revolve around 4 pillars. 1. Study Skills 2. Productivity Techniques 3. Health Tips 4. Social Skills In the afternoon session (12-1) will be a fitness session. We will not just learn about how health can improve intelligence, we will also play different sports and activities. We will do activities such as juggling, ultimate frisbee, agility training, weight lifting and others. **Mr. Fielder is Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach And the end of the camp students will ● Learn how to study so they can spend less time studying with less effort ● Overcome procrastination in order to get school work done with almost no stress ● Learn the connection between their health and their ability to learn ● Learn social etiquette and how to make friends ● Have more confidence in all kinds of situations ● Learn how to deal with bullies
