About This Activity
The Camp Blue Sky Teen Leadership Program is designed for students who want to grow as leaders while serving younger campers during summer camp. This opportunity is open to incoming and outgoing high school residents who would like to help create a fun and welcoming environment at Camp Blue Sky. Teen leaders will assist camp staff with activities, support small groups, help guide campers, and model positive character throughout the week. This program allows students to gain valuable leadership experience while building friendships, developing responsibility, getting volunteer hours for school or resume building. All teen leaders will participate in a brief orientation before camp (June 4th or 5th) to help prepare them for their roles and responsibilities.
