About This Activity
Cancellation Policy: Please note that all fees and deposits are non-refundable. A non-refundable $150 deposit for placement is due at the time of class registration. If a student withdraws from the program for any reason beyond two weeks of the start of class, all remaining payments will be due and a credit will be issued for future registration to be used within one year of the original registration. If the credit is not used within that time frame, it will be forfeited. If a class is canceled for any reason, we will make every effort to work with the student to find a suitable alternative class offering. The last day to withdraw from classes is two weeks after the first day of class. There will be time to adjust all bills after receiving placement options for classes. If you signed up for a full year and elect to withdraw after one semester, the first semester will be adjusted to the single semester tuition rate, and the remainder of the original balance will be credited towards a future program within one year of registration. Payment Policy: You must be current with your payments to perform in the winter concert and all payments must be submitted by the spring concert.
