Payment Policy: All payments are due prior to the start of the 2026 CHiCA Power Summer Session. Payments may be split in agreed upon payment plans. Those applying for tuition assistance should register and pay the $150 placement and registration deposit, then temporarily accept a payment plan until an award decision is made and any remaining balance can be rediscussed. Cancellation Policy: Please note that all fees and deposits are non-refundable. A non-refundable $150 deposit for placement is due at the time of class registration. A refund is available for remaining tuition and housing payments until May 1st. If a student withdraws from the program for any reason beyond May 1st, a credit will be issued for future registration to be used within one year of the original registration.
