Our All Star trainers will elevate your game by honing both individual skills and team play. Each session kicks off with exhilarating speed and agility drills that will supercharge your court mobility, sharpen your directional changes, and unleash explosive power towards the basket. Dive into small-sided games, where every player gets the chance to showcase and refine their newfound skills in a fun environment. (PT-C)
*Class will meet at the basketball courts located behind the Civic Center. In case of inclement weather, class may be held in Civic Center Room 1.
*All equipment is provided, but participant may bring their own basketball.
*Please bring a water bottle
