"The Odyssey: A Comedy, Mostly" is an adaptation of Homer's The Odyssey. It follows the well-known story of Odysseus’s long journey home from the battlefields of Troy to Ithaca, featuring familiar characters such as Odysseus, Athena, Poseidon, Circe, Penelope, and the Cyclops. Written in casual, modern language with a comedic twist, the play balances humor with a few dramatic moments—and even breaks the fourth wall along the way. The show will be performed at the Little White School Museum March 13 and 14. (LA)
