Prepare for the physical demands and responsibilities of pointe work by doing specific strengthening exercises for your legs, ankles, and feet. Dancers will also learn pointe shoe anatomy and terminology. Instructor and supervisor approval needed to register for this course. (RV)
Dancers should have instructor and supervisor approval and should be enrolled in Intermediate or Advanced Ballet.
