Build the strength, flexibility, and endurance needed to take your gymnastics skills to the next level. This class combines dynamic warm-ups, strength and conditioning circuits, flexibility training, and goal-setting activities to help athletes become stronger, more confident gymnasts. Participants will improve core strength, balance, coordination, and overall fitness while learning healthy training habits that support success in the gym. (JM)
