The playing format is 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5 (balls and scrimmage vests provided for in-gym use) with pickup style continuous games and a running clock (Intermediate/Advanced 15 player max).
Experienced Youth/Collegiate Trainer – Coach Ty Sanders of TY SANDERS BASKETBALL (TSB) will teach this competitive offering.
