Get ready to spin, throw, and have a blast! In this introductory class, participants will learn the basics of flying disc skills—from throwing straight and curved shots to trying out upside-down tosses and cool skips.
We’ll also focus on clean catching techniques and introduce some freestyle moves to level up both throws and catches. The best part? You’ll build these skills through exciting, game-based activities like disc bowling, disc golf, keep-away, discing challenges, consecutive catching, and hotbox ultimate.
Whether you’re brand new or just looking to improve, this class is all about learning while having fun.
On the first day, students will receive their own complimentary disc to use during class and to keep afterward for continued practice at home!
