Deep Water Running/Conditioning Session llFridays

Exercising in deep water is a great way to tone the entire body, avoid injury, and get an aerobic workout. Being submerged to the neck provides more resistance. There will be arm work using buoys, which will be provided.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own aqua belt as a very limited supply will be provided. Swimming proficiency is required.
You must have a valid MVF Activity card. Please call 301-948-0110 to purchase a Class Pass.
