CPR/AED and First Aid Course

This course provides the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies. You will learn how to provide immediate care to someone who is ill or injured and determine whether advanced medical assistance is needed.
This course is designed for lay responders in workplaces and communities. You must complete the 3- to 4-hour online component before the first class. After registering, you will receive an email from MVF with a link to access the online portion.
To receive a course completion certificate and a valid two-year American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification, you must complete the online session, attend the in-person class, participate in all activities, demonstrate the required skills, and successfully complete the assessment scenarios.
