Karate Kids – ages 13+Thursdays
October 15 to November 19

Build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in a structured karate program.
Students will develop discipline, coordination, balance, strength, and focus while learning fundamental karate techniques, including strikes, blocks, kicks, stances, forms (kata), and controlled sparring (kumite).
Each class begins with warm-ups and stretching to improve flexibility and prepare for training.
Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience, our classes provide a safe and supportive environment for students of all skill levels.
