Instructor Terra Douglass introduces young yogis to playful breathing techniques, silly and exciting poses, and the basics of yoga through songs, movement, and games.
Children will practice strength-building, balance and flexibility, and calming techniques. The class concludes with peaceful visualization and meditation, helping little ones connect their mind, body and spirit through one breath and pose at a time.
Parents don’t need to register, but they must supervise children ages 3 to 5.
