Intro to Child Yoga

Instructor Terra Douglass leads young children on a playful yoga adventure filled with music, movement, and imagination.
Through silly poses, fun breathing exercises, and interactive games, children explore how their bodies move while building focus and confidence, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Classes encourage creativity, listening skills, and self-awareness in a supportive, cheerful setting.
Each session ends with a calming story or visualization to help children slow down and rest.
Parents do not need to register but must supervise children ages 3–5.
