About This Activity
Description
Ages 13+. This workshop is designed to provide dance specific conditioning
exercises for improving dancers' strength, flexibility, and stamina. This class will use anatomy and somatics as a basis for the exercises done. Dancers should be prepared to move their body the whole class. This workshop is for upper-level dancers only (4/5/6).Please check the dance resources page on our website for information about this class, our program, performances, and what your dancer will need for this class including uniform and shoes.
