About This Activity
Grab your teddy bear and join Jennifer Pendergast and Sarah Jackson, Woodlawn’s First Grade teachers, as we set out to explore BEARS! This week-long camp will include stories, creative expression and hands on bear play. Mrs. Pendergast brings over 25 years of Early Childhood Education experience to the camp and her passion for nature will offer campers a fresh, hands-on perspective on the natural world. Ms. Jackson is entering her 5th year teaching and brings an artistic flair and dynamic teaching style; get ready for an imaginative experience. It is sure to be a “beary” good time! Space is limited, so secure your spot for a week of growth, laughter, and discovery. Campers will need to bring a teddy bear (but we will have plenty to borrow from), daily nut-free snack, and water bottle. Campers must be potty-trained to attend.
