Note: This class is a repeat offering from winter enrichment and is intended primarily for students who were not able to join previously. In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn essential cooking skills and the importance of kitchen safety, including the proper use of cooking utensils. Students will also learn the importance of plating and presentation to enhance each dish. The class will be divided into sections to build skills step by step. During the first half, students will focus on preparing mini appetizers and learning basic techniques. Next, the class will move on to creating a main course, followed by a baking session where students will make a variety of delicious desserts. We would also like to be informed ahead of time if your child has any special dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
