About This Activity
This camp is designed to support specific improvements of both individual fundamentals and overall team play. We will focus on both offensive and defensive concepts and strategies. Points of Emphasis include: Ball Handling, Passing, Shooting, Rebounding, Footwork & Body Balance. We will also incorporate drills that develop rebounding skills and transition concepts.
