About This Activity
Instructors: Jen Paz and Emily Horn Embark on a culinary journey this summer at our one-week food extravaganza! Join us as we explore different foods from around the world and teach the basics of measuring, cutting, safety in the kitchen, and proper food handling procedures. Our experienced chefs will guide your child through a fun and engaging hands-on cooking experience. Campers will have the opportunity to learn basic cooking skills and techniques as they create a variety of recipes each day, from appetizers to dinners and desserts. Our program will expose your child to new flavors and cuisines while promoting healthy eating habits and proper nutrition. In addition to cooking, each day, campers will create their very own cookbook, filled with the recipes they've learned and customized with their own notes and ideas. They'll have a keepsake to take home and use for future culinary creations. At our cooking camp, we prioritize safety and cleanliness in the kitchen, and campers will learn the importance of these practices while having fun and exploring their creative side.
