Instructor: Anthony Ruiz & Shiloh Long Location: Soccer Field/Weight Room (Please note this will ONLY be a 3 day camp-M, T, W) This is the perfect camp for those who are trying to increase their strength and speed. This will be a fun and impactful three days consisting of speed, endurance, strength and flexibility. Through the 4 hours each day, athletes will learn proper warm-ups, begin speed circuits, learn about nutrition, and practice Track & Field events. Please bring a labeled snack, lunch (NO PEANUTS) and a labeled water bottle. Please wear tennis shoes or running shoes with comfortable athletic attire. You must sign in near the front office before camp and will be dropped off in the same area at the end of camp. *A weight room waiver must be signed and completed prior to the first day of camp)*
