About This Activity
Description
Have you ever wondered what happens at the beach after the sunset? Together, we will travel to the seashore with our nocturnal friends as we read the whimsical story, Bats at the Beach by Brian Lies. We will learn all about these beneficial, flying mammals and make a batty craft to take home.Children must be registered and accompanied by an adult. Storytime for Tots is a monthly series, and includes a story followed by nature exploration and a craft or activity.
We will meet at the Beech Shelter, which is the third right turn in the park (sign for Beech Shelter at the turn). Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required, and adults must actively participate with their child(ren).
