Youth Book Club: Charlotte’s Web
Ages 6–12 | Boys & Girls Welcome
Bring stories to life with our new YMCA Youth Book Club! This engaging program gives children ages 6–12 the opportunity to discover the joy of reading while making new friends, sharing ideas, and participating in fun activities inspired by the stories they read.
Our first book club series will feature the beloved classic Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White. Throughout the series, participants will read the book together, discuss memorable characters and important themes, and take part in creative games, activities, crafts, and group challenges that connect the story to their everyday lives.
Children will have the opportunity to build reading confidence, communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork in a welcoming and encouraging YMCA environment.
Whether your child is an enthusiastic reader or could use a little extra encouragement to pick up a book, Youth Book Club is a fun place to read, connect, and discover a new adventure!
