About This Activity
Jugend Debattiert is speech and debate in German. Jugend Debattiert will meet 5 times per semester after regular Saturday classes on the following dates: Sept. 6, Oct. 4, Nov. 1, Dec. 6, J an. 3 This class is available for students grade 8-12. Students should be at B1 level. Jugend Debattiert is an excellent preparation for DSD I & II exams. Students will practice developing an opinion, engage with the opinions of others, and learn to argue fairly and objectively. They will become familiar with the structure of a debate and practice debates in class. Jugend Debattiert is an excellent way to strengthen vocabulary, the ability to talk and write about a topic in German
