This camp is designed to appeal to newcomers to one of the original Olympic sport of wrestling. No prior experience is required! Wrestling is a great sport to develop grit, mental and physical toughness, resilience and confidence. Camp will include instruction in footwork, stance, techniques for more advanced leg attacks, defensive drills for the bottom wrestler and offensive pinning techniques for the on-top wrestler. Activities will include wrestling skill based games, individual and group instruction and an opportunity to compete against their peers.
