Description
Our Hands-On STEM programs are project-based, hands-on, and collaborative and allow youth to work together to investigate a problem, develop possible solutions or explanations, make observations, test out ideas, think creatively, and evaluate their findings. Programs are led by Hands-On STEM Education teen leaders.
Hands-On STEM: Pepper Soap LabMonday, May 204-5:30 p.m.The View Teen Center - Study Room
What will I do in this class? Teens will use water, pepper, and soap to create this project. Pepper repels and forms an outer ring when the soap touches it. Teens will learn the importance of hand sanitizer and bacteria repellents.
Hands-On STEM is a FREE program open to 6th-12th grade teens with a View Teen Center Membership.
