About This Activity
This 1-day mini series meets on Friday, 1/9/26. The series covers research-current and accessible information about labor and birth, and includes a brief overview of newborn care and feeding. It is 8-hours of confidence-building curriculum, and is recommended for first-time parents with busy schedules or limited time available before baby’s estimated due date. It's also helpful for experienced parents who did not take classes with their first baby. Full Details.
