About This Activity
Girls will develop confidence and increased abilities to ride mountain bikes over a variety of terrain. A girls only rider cohort group led by an all girls coaching staff will create a supportive and fun environment that encourages girls to take risks, increase confidence, and mtn biking skills. Designed for intermediate girl riders who are looking to improve their mtb skills, and push themselves while having fun. Athletes will practice balance, cornering, switchbacks, riding over obstacles, drops, and climbing, Riders must be able to ride down Upper GP and Mitchel Ridge comfortably and partially ride up Eldorado. CSAT will offer school van pickup Parent Drop Off 2:45PM In Post Canyon. Coach will coordinate different drop off areas depending on where group rides. Parent Pickup Post Canyon Road - Where pavement turns to dirt Pickup 4:45pm, If riding outside of Post coach will coordinate where pickup is.
