About This Activity
Description
Level 1: Able to do forward roll.
Level 2: Can do cartwheel to stand.
Level 3: Can do bridge kick over or back walkover unassisted.
Level 4: Can do standing back handspring unassisted (on a mat) or a roundoff back handspring (on a mat)
Instructors will demonstrate proper safety and instruction on the balance beam, uneven bars, vault and floor exercise. Attire: please do not wear pants with buttons, zippers or snaps. Long hair must be pulled back. Final Show will be on July 20. More details will be given out at program.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made before the registration deadline listed are subject to $5.00 administrative charge. Refunds or credits will not be issued after the registration deadline. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds can be put back on your credit card, placed as a credit on your account or by check that will be mailed out (check refunds take 2-3 weeks to receive).
