About This Activity
Description
Develop self-confidence, discipline and fitness through learning martial arts. Each session will teach the basic strikes, blocks, grappling, weapon handling and self-defense techniques; as well as control and good character. Adults and children welcome. Please bring a water bottle.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made before the registration deadline listed are subject to $5.00 administrative charge. Refunds or credits will not be issued after the registration deadline. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds can be put back on your credit card, placed as a credit on your account or by check that will be mailed out (check refunds take 2-3 weeks to receive).
