YEL programs
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:All participant program cancellation requests must be made before the registration deadline listed. No refunds will be issued after this time. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund per program, per participant. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Refunds (minus any processing fees) will only be provided if the Recreation Department cancels a program due to facility conflicts, low enrollment, etc.
Processing and/or convenience fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will NOT be issued for unattended classes or weather related cancellations.
