About This Activity
Technique Level 1 is designed to strengthen the technical skills of developing dancers. Students will focus on proper body alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, core control, turns, jumps, extensions, and conditioning exercises that improve overall dance technique. This class helps dancers build a stronger technical foundation to support success in all styles of dance. Prerequisite: Instructor placement or enrollment in Ballet Level 1 or higher is recommended. Our 10-Month Dance Program runs August–June. Affordable monthly and weekly payment plans are available at checkout. A 10% deposit of the total program cost is required at enrollment, then select your preferred payment schedule.
