Designed for beginner acro students, this class introduces the fundamentals of tumbling, flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Dancers will learn proper technique for skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, backbends, handstands, limbers, and introductory walkovers. Emphasis is placed on safe progressions, body control, and building a strong technical foundation while increasing confidence. Prerequisite: No prior acro/tumbling experience required.
