Our 6-week self-defense program equips adults and youth ages 13+ (with an accompanying adult) with the skills and mindset needed for personal safety. Participants learn core self-defense techniques such as striking, escape strategies, and awareness training, reinforced through realistic, hands-on scenarios. Led by knowledgeable instructors, the course also promotes improved fitness, confidence, and mental preparedness.
