About This Activity
Join Whole Earth’s most iconic instructors and most seasoned students for a road trip down the Oregon Coast - from Astoria to Reedsport! During this DIY experience, you will be mentored in the skills of independence and camping competency: Learn to navigate analog-style using a paper map! Work together as a team to set up wall tents at each camp spot! Practice your foodie skills from “store to fork” by menu planning, budget shopping, and then cooking meals in our non-state-of-the-art primitive camp kitchen. For this epic adventure, you must fully immerse yourself in the ways of the 1900s by leaving your phone at your home! Disposable cameras will be provided so that you can still come home with plenty of memories.
