About This Activity
Empower the next generation of leaders with Program Aide and VIT Leadership Training—a specialized program designed for Girl Scouts in grades 6 through 12. This training prepares young leaders to co-lead and inspire younger troops through effective activity facilitation and event planning, fostering leadership skills and a passion for community service. Please note: this training focuses on leading troop activities - additional training is needed to facilitate outdoor camp activities (additional training offered during council summer camps).
