About This Activity
Registration will close on 11/01/2027 at 11:59 p.m. Ready to become the babysitter everyone wants, and the first-aid helper everyone trusts? Join us for the Cadette Babysitting Badge intensive. We will spend the day earning our badges and becoming experts in caregiving with an emphasis on safety. Participants will earn their babysitting badge in the morning by interviewing experienced childcare specialists, learning how to market a babysitting business, researching traits of different age levels, and learning how to make a tasty snack! After breaking for lunch, participants will earn their CPR/First Aid Certification by learning CPR Protocol, basic First Aid, practicing choking protocols, and seizure care. Please bring a packed lunch. Food will not be provided. Please bring a packed lunch. This is a drop-off event. A badge will be provided for registered youth participants.
