AIR TEEN TOO Camp Collier provides a fun, inclusive, and therapeutic summer experience for teens of all abilities who benefit from a smaller camp environment and structured support. This program is an extension of Adaptive Inclusive Recreation (A.I.R.) and is designed to support teens transitioning within our A.I.R. programming. AIR TEEN TOO is designed for teens ages 13–17 with a variety of abilities and support needs, including developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, emotional disabilities, learning disabilities, and attention deficit disorders. Participants must be able to manage personal self-care needs with limited assistance. Individuals requiring continuous 1:1 support may need a higher level of care than this camp structure can provide.
*Pre-requisite: Participants must have completed at least one full year of A.I.R./A.I.R. TOO Camp Collier (ages 5–12) before enrolling in AIR TEEN TOO. The camp operates at a 1:6 staff-to-participant ratio in a smaller camp setting designed to provide increased support and engagement. Campers will participate in a variety of structured and engaging activities throughout the summer, including nature walks, arts and crafts, sensory activities, games, sports, outdoor recreation, music activities, community guest presentations, and field trips. Campers must bring their own lunch, snacks, and water each day. Camp runs for nine weeks only, from June 1 through July 31, 2026. There will be no camp on July 3, 2026.
