About This Activity

Are you having difficulty sleeping due to stress and anxiety in your life? Come learn how essential oils can bring calmness and help settle your mind. You will sample these oils and bring home a sleep/stress make and take. MATERIALS FEE: A materials fee of $25 is due to the instructor at the start of class.
