This hands-on class will introduce various simple recipes using a muffin tin for making a set of meals that can be eaten right away or frozen to be microwaved later. Participants will sample recipes, and learn how to properly store these meals. You will also receive a cookbook with over 60 muffin meal recipes with pictures of the finished products. Bring in a small Tupperware container to take home left overs. MATERIALS FEE: A materials fee of $10 is due to the instructor at the start of class.
